Shipping Policy

At Fairmont Royal Group of Companies, we are committed to delivering your fine arts products with the utmost care and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle shipping for our fine arts items.

1. Shipping Methods
We offer standard shipping for all orders. The shipping methods used for fulfilling orders are as follows:

United States: Orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS (United Parcel Service) or FedExc.
Europe: Orders are shipped via DPD, DHL / DHL Deutsche Post, UPS, GLS or local postal services, depending on the destination.


If you require express shipping, please contact us via email info@frgoc9.com, and we will send you an additional invoice for the expedited service.

2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the following regions:

United States
Europe

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary based on demand and product availability.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are as follows:

  • USA:

    • For orders weighing 0 lb to 5 lb: $25

    • For orders weighing 5 lb and up: $50

  • Europe:

    • For orders weighing 0 lb to 5 lb: €25

    • For orders weighing 5 lb and up: €50

 

5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • USA:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Europe:

    • Standard Shipping: 7-21 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any potential customs delays.

6. Packaging

We take great care in packaging our fine art products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All items are securely packaged using protective materials, such as bubble wrap and sturdy boxes, to prevent damage during transit.

7. Return and Exchange Policy

Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds at the moment. All sales are final.

8. Custom Artwork Requests

Our artist, Shahsultan (Sofia), is dedicated to creating custom pieces tailored to your preferences. If you are interested in a custom artwork, please email us at info@frgoc9.com, and we will be happy to discuss your ideas.

EU Warranty: 2 years  In compliance with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), Fairmont Royal Group of Companies LLC and SINDEN VENTURES LIMITED ensure that all consumer products offered are safe and meet EU standards. 10. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment online.

11. Damaged or Lost Items

If your fine art product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
